Pengendalian biaya yang kurang baik%2C tidak jarang menyebabkan biaya konstruksi proyek yang berbeda dengan biaya yang direncanakan. Makalah ini menjelaskan suatu studi kasus pengendalian biaya kostruksi dengan menggunakan Konsep Hasil Nilai%2C suatu metode yang mengintegrasikan hubungan antara biaya dan waktu serta memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi kelangsungan proyek.
